I serve as an independent trustee of the Lincoln Variable Insurance Products Trust (“LVIP Trust). The LVIP Trust is comprised of Lincoln client assets invested in insurance dedicated mutual funds that are linked with the variable retirement and life insurance products of Lincoln National Corporation. In my role as an independent trustee I provide oversight over the advisor, Lincoln Investment Management, and a wide range of equity and fixed income subadvisors, all within a highly complex regulatory environment. I currently chair the investment committee, and previously served as nominating and governance committee chair, and prior to that was a member of the audit committee.
