I am the founder and President of Coats Group, Inc. Our firm is 25 years old and is a Commercial Relocation Planning, Coordination & Management firm. We have offices in Houston and Dallas. Our firm is fluent in the coordination and management of Corporate, Industrial, Research & Technology and Healthcare related relocations. I have been directly involved in relocation since 1970. Our staff consists of 13 professionals with a combined experience of over 200 years. I also serve as the lead consultant and logistical planner on all Coats Group projects. In that role I assist the client with the structuring of the strategic plan that will accomplish their relocation project within an aggressive time line; place the client in a position of being in control of their destiny and preserve the client ability to maintain the ability to serve their customers while relocating. I then transition the relocation strategy into a detailed relocation schedule that will reflect the intricate detail that will be required in order to achieve client goals. I bring a nationwide network of relocation related contractors to the client table that represents only the best of the best from within the client marketplace. We assist the client with the retention of all relocation related contractors via a formal process. We work with all client business units to create the infrastructure that will be needed in order to support the aggressively stated relocation schedule. We then will field the team of professionals to manage all client and relocation contractor activities. As owner, I am directly involved in all Coats Group projects including being on site during relocations. As owner, president and consultant, I accept nothing less than success during our projects.
