   Spearheaded a Zero Trust Initiative to protect sensitive data and resources by eliminating implicit trust and verifying every access request, regardless of location or user. This resulted in reduced attack surface, improved visibility and monitoring, enhanced data protection, minimized lateral movement, and increased security agility.• Directed a Secure DNS implementation to fortify the first line of defense against internet-based threats by encrypting and monitoring all DNS traffic. • Orchestrated a Cloud Browser Isolation project utilizing Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) to neutralize browser-borne threats and protect against advanced web attacks. • Launched a comprehensive Security Hardening Program to fortify our entire IT infrastructure, We focused on: o Active Directory Hardening: Implementing strict access controls, regularly auditing group memberships and permissions, and enforcing robust password policies to prevent credential theft and lateral movement. o Microsoft Entra ID Hardening: Strengthening our cloud identity posture by enforcing stricter multi-factor authentication (MFA) across all global admin accounts, configuring conditional access policies, and regularly reviewing application permissions. We also integrated advanced identity protection features to detect and remediate risky sign-ins and compromised identities.o Domain Hardening: Securing our DNS infrastructure by regularly patching and configuring our domain controllers for optimal security and implementing network segmentation to isolate critical domain resources. This significantly reduced the risk of DNS-based attacks and improved overall network integrity.o Endpoint Hardening: Enforcing least privilege principles, and implementing application whitelisting. We also established a rigorous patching cadence and configured device baselines to minimize vulnerabilities and enhance endpoint resilience.
