I bring 17+ years of direct P&L experience and have led complex, multidisciplinary teams of 250+ professionals, consistently enhancing client satisfaction, gross margin, and market share. Currently, I lead the Cities & Places strategy for the Western U.S, aligning Jacobs’ unmatched market connectivity with emerging opportunities to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions. My strengths include entrepreneurial sales leadership, cross-sector execution, and a collaborative mindset that brings the best of Jacobs to every client engagement. Previously, I served as Operations Leader for Coastal Texas (Houston/Corpus Christi) from 2006 to 2021, overseeing financial, operational, and business development efforts across sectors including Aviation, Mission Critical, Ports & Maritime, Water Infrastructure, and more. I’m also passionate about community impact and civic leadership—serving on the Greater Houston Partnership Board, chairing its Aerospace & Aviation committees, and contributing to major infrastructure initiatives.
