Managed the execution of Testing Strategy for AstraZeneca\'s switch from SAP Payroll (NGA) to Workday Payroll (One Source Virtual). Using a mixture of formal and exploratory testing to ensure that testing met compliance requirements and the formal exit criteria for each test phase. Testing scope included multiple 3rd party integrations and ensuring that AstraZeneca\'s payroll and benefits policies were correctly implemented. Working in partnership to co-ordinate business realistic scenarios and manage defect resolution throughout the different testing phases.Strong Project Management skills were needed to co-ordinate efforts of in-house onshore and offshore, OSV and other 3rd party resources. Agility, pragmatism, ability to influence and a ‘hands-on’ approach were all required to get the job completed successfully.
