I am a seasoned professional with a diverse array of experiences, serving as a beacon of knowledge and leadership in the digital solutions sphere. My roots are planted in Munich since 2001, and my journey with Microsoft kicked off in 2008 as a Support Engineer for OneDrive and SharePoint. My unwavering commitment to excellence propelled me through the ranks to a Senior Escalation Engineer, where I became a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OneDrive and SharePoint, and eventually led the EMEA ODSP SME team with seven direct reports. In 2022, I took on the role of SME for the Data Governance and Compliance suite, also known as Purview, which includes DLP, Retention, MIP, and AIP. This role has allowed me to demonstrate my versatility and forward-thinking approach to data management and compliance.
