Highly experienced International trainer with history of delivering bespoke training packages for end users across diverse industries, including Policing, CT, Travel & Tourism and the Construction Industry. Former Police Officer & Career Detective. Training Qualifications: Level 3 (AET) & Level 4 (CET), Level 3 (CAVA) assessor. Previously responsible for the design & delivery of UK Policing & Counter Terrorism courses, both home and abroad. HPL lecturer for PEQF MPS Graduate Detective scheme at Brunel University since 2021 Vast training deployments in the Middle East, Africa and Asia since 2018 under Rule of law and CSSF Capacity building programmes. Identifying and managing stress within yourself and colleagues around you whilst dealing with those in Crisis.
