Most business owners and leaders I work with aren\'t struggling because they lack ability or commitment.They\'re struggling because nobody has ever helped them look clearly at the thinking underneath the decisions.That\'s the work I do.I spent over 40 years in operational leadership — 15 of them managing food, beverage and retail operations at Center Parcs Elveden Forest, overseeing teams of 400+ people and multi million pound revenues. Before that, nearly three decades in retail leadership with Sainsbury\'s.I know what high-pressure performance looks like from the inside. I know what it costs when the thinking isn\'t right — and what becomes possible when it is.In 2023 I became a licensed Mindspan Consultant and founded Steve Chadwick Consulting. I now work with business owners, SME leaders, and organisations across East Anglia — helping them build the mindset to perform, lead, and grow with clarity and confidence.
