As an accomplished Operations Manager with more than two decades of experience, I have thrived in delivering multiple services for key clients within the Rail and Security industries. My journey began as a Station Manager, where I honed my operational management skills during my 11-year tenure at Virgin Trains. In 2010 I joined Carlisle Support Services to oversee a key account within rail as an Area Manager within the Cleaning Division.Throughout my career, I have cultivated enduring relationships across various key accounts, further enhancing my ability to excel in client-centric environments. In 2017, I made a seamless transition to the Security Division, leading a successful large-scale revenue protection and enforcement project for a prominent UK Train Operating Company. Additionally, I have orchestrated robust security and counter-terrorism regimes at high footfall locations.Following my 3-year tenure as Head of Operations, during which I worked with operational teams to steer remarkable achievements, I welcomed the chance to further broaden my experience through an enjoyable 12-month stint as Managing Director for the North. Presently, I hold a pivotal role, leveraging my rail expertise to develop opportunities across the industry.
