My role is focused on driving customer satisfaction and retention, optimising service processes, and ensuring we consistently deliver against SLAs while supporting sustainable growth across the business.

As the Head of Client Success & Delivery at Aura Futures, I love leading a group that stays deeply connected with our clients from the very beginning — from initial requirements scoping, through their first print rollout, and as their journey continues into day-to-day operations.Our role doesn’t end when the project goes live, that’s when the real partnership begins. We act as our clients’ “quarterback” for print services, ensuring their evolving needs are met and their print environment continues to deliver value and performance.What I enjoy most is the variety — no two days are the same. With this enhanced level of customer engagement, we’re not just project delivery or client success, we’re both, and more. We bring strategy, structure, and support together to help our clients succeed at every stage of their print journey.On a more personal note, I am a family man who is married with 2 children, who I adore spending time with. I am very active and take pride in my physical and mental health. I love rugby (playing on the odd occasion) and going to the gym.
