At MAP Digital, I bridge my background in education, technology training, and content management to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for conference presenters and attendees.As the first point of contact for presenting speakers, I manage the collection and organization of speaker data and content across multiple events, ensuring all materials are accurately represented within our MetaMeetings® platform—MAP Digital’s proprietary conference content management system.Working cross-functionally with our internal production team and client-side stakeholders, I coordinate speaker logistics, address A/V requirements, and troubleshoot last-minute changes to meet fast-paced deadlines. My role requires high-level coordination, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to support both in-person and hybrid/virtual conference formats.I thrive in our collaborative, diverse team of creatives, technologists, and event producers—all committed to delivering a cutting-edge digital event experience that fuses innovation, precision, and purpose.
