Steve joined the WestPac team in 2018 in their Marketing Dept, as an excuse to work with his best friend once again. New to Insurance, he quickly completed both his P&C licensing exams and obtained his CRIS designation; in order to learn as much as he could about this new industry. Having such a diverse background allowed Steve to jump right in with both feet and be successful from day one. Steve has held various positions in just about every aspect of the \"sales world\" that you can imagine; from cold calling for prospects, account management, leading sales and marketing teams as both a GM and VP, providing complete brand overhauls and owning his own businesses in many different industries. Steve started serving as a Broker/Underwriter for WestPac right when COVID hit, and he hasn’t looked back. He primarily works with agents in CO and AZ, where he is very involved with the state trade associations in both states.Getting the opportunity to interact with new clients on a daily basis and being able to assist them in achieving their goals is why he entered the sales and consulting field at such a young age and why he continues ~25 years later.For fun, Steve and his wife own and operate three Camp Bow Wow Franchises located in Boulder, CO, Golden, CO and Avondale, AZ. He is also a proud dance dad and pageant dad for his daughter.
