Whilst working at Durham Constabulary, I was working with the general public and a diverse range of people on different levels. on a daily basis I was involved in volatile situations, for instance when issuing traffic tickets for driving offences, or having un-taxed vehicles seized from motorists I had to ensure my safety was not compromised and using my skills to diffuse volatile situations. I had to work effectively and quickly to ensure that the task was completed successfully. I manage own diary ensuring my time is utilised effectively between my apprentice sites across the north. I have an excellent working relationship with my colleagues and support the IT technical trainers in the classroom as well as assessing apprentices in their workplaces.Whilst at Pearson in Practice / Zenos I became an integral part of the training team. I regularly working at other centres across the north, visiting apprentices in work places and became area assessor for the MoD sites across Scotland.I am able to take on board constructive criticism from my peers in order to improve my personal development. I am flexible when it comes to working out of hours.
