Senior Process Engineer responsible for continuous process improvement for the Photolithography, Wet chemical Etch, Plasma etch, and electroplating operations. These processes are designed to fabricate BAW devices on sapphire substrates. Process development and process sustaining are also part of the job. Examples: Photolithography yield improvements include adhesion enhancements, new developers, new photomask vendor qual, new rinse methods, and improved procedural documentation.
