I\'ve consulted for multiple client operations to quantify bottlenecks and develop targeted and systematic improvements, and created the OE upskilling program and deployed it for a new corporate OE function at a global copper miner. Innovation - I thrive in finding first of their kind solutions and led the strategy and AI development work for a global copper miner that unlocked a $1B+ production opportunity from residual copper in their heap leach assets. I led teams that built the innovation operating model for a global miner. I created the first AI solution for predicting water acidification that provides active intervention and optimizes $4B in treatment risk. Growth and Business Development - As COO, I grew a SaaS, predictive maintenance company at CAGR of 23% by developing high performance product and service that delivered 3:1 ROI within a year. I increased gross profit from 35% to 47% within 6 months and built it to 65% in two years by evaluating personnel, removing underperformers, realigning accountabilities and implementing analytics technology to automate 40% of people-driven analysis. At McKinsey, I developed the strategy and led the transformation of two struggling underground mining and processing assets to increase EBITDA 22% in 9 months; even with the headwinds of a workforce where 70% had less than 2-years experience.
