Provided opinions on the standard of care of contractors for construction accidents, including evaluation of OSHA and other applicable standards. Investigation and evaluation of construction management issues including estimates, change orders, weather, sequencing, and schedule delays. Premise liability work includes the evaluation of slips, trips and falls on sidewalks, flooring and bathtubs.
