Delivering safe, reliable and resilient rail service to the Bay Area.Formerly with Atlas Technical Consultants from June 2023 to July 2025 focused on quality and compliance on new and rehabilitation of light rail system construction, City & County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services from August of 2020 to June of 2023 King County Metro/Sound Transit Link Light Rail as the Rail Power Superintendent June 2019 - August 2020. Previously, at KCM I was the Way, Power, & Signals Superintendent from 20••••19.I started working at King County in 2008, as the Track & Facilities Chief. Previous maintenance experience includes projects on BNSF, UP, NWP, Metrolink & Private owners (10+) Right of Ways.Track renewals projects such as the Stampede Pass project, NWP Class 1 remediation (Northern California), Pier B (Long Beach, California) and Terminal Island Container Transfer Facility (L.A.), Harbour Island (Seattle) Light rail/heavy rail experienced since 1996! Tie Gangs, Steel Gangs, New Construction - Ballast, Direct Fixation, Embedded Track, and many types of Special Trackwork including seismic floating slabs, premier bathtub crossing panels, etc. Installation of OCS and Third Rail Systems. Worked in high voltage environments featuring third rail and catenary since 1998. Worked in the past as a Earth Moving Superintendent, Track Construction Superintendent, Track Foreman, Tunnel Construction Superintendent, Tamper Operator, Grader Operator etc.New Construction projects such as LA Metro Redline Tunnel, Sacremento RT Sunset Blvd. Extension, BART - South San Fransisco Airport extension, VTA - Vasona extension, Sound Transit - OMF, Sodo, MLK Rainier Valley and Beacon Hill.
