   Spearheaded IT solution efforts across OBE Function (Operation and Business Excellence - Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, E-Biz/Ecommerce, Quality-Control and Mergers and Acquisitions). • Collaborated with the company’s leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective IT Roadmaps as well as solution design and delivery; led the transition into Scale Agile methodology. • Streamlined operations by identifying areas for automation; created an automated reporting and approval process between external PSA tool and back EBS saving annually. • Managed the implementation of the EMEA 3PL to improve this region’s fulfillment process; assisted the supply chain management in maximizing ERP function to reduce operational costs.• Improved the PriceBook distribution process from 30-45 day turnaround to 3 days; developed sales and pricing synchronization process to reduce pricing holds from 48% of orders to 2%.
