ABOUT STEVE BLAKE
An experienced Senior Manager with a career spanning over 20 years working with global FM providers, ENGIE (formerly Cofley). Through various roles within the organisation, I have gained a wealth of experience in contract management, compliance, relationship management, crisis and change management and overseen several key accounts such as ExxonMobil, Queen Alexandre Hospital and various blue-light healthcare and education sector contracts. More recently, I have furthered my knowledge and experience in the PFI arena as part of SPV company Pario Ltd, focussing on service delivery improvements, compliance, and mediations. In my current role as Managing Director of Pario Compliance Ltd, I am responsible for a business that has been devised to provide support across all relationships within the PFI Sector, our services range from Contract Health Checks, Handback consultancy, Training, and innovative condition surveys. A business that was formed partly from the success of implementing software that is now used by Asset Managers across both Pario & Kajima, ensuring compliance across their PFI projects. I am also responsible for the delivery of training, developing relevant courses for a wide range of employees, from admin and support through to operational site staff and senior managersPario are a Managed Service Provider who manages portfolio\'s including hospitals, schools, libraries, care homes and other social infrastructure projects.In my personal time, I am an avid antique collector where I am always on the lookout for a deal, a retreat that allows me to break away from work whilst still partly satisfying my entrepreneurship flair.
