Steve is a Legal Recruiter at Amicus Search Group, an attorney search firm that specializes in the recruitment and placement of law firm partners and practice groups with AmLaw 200 law firms and practice-specific boutique firms operating in Texas. Amicus recruiters also work routinely with corporate counsel who are transitioning into or out of in-house practice, as well as with government attorneys transitioning into the private sector. We are based in Texas with offices in Houston, Dallas, and Austin, but often complete searches throughout the United States. Prior to joining Amicus, Steve was a search consultant with a DFW-based executive search firm focused on helping clients fill needs for finance and accounting positions. Steve\'s employment history includes having worked in the finance department at Sabre Group and a 20-year consulting career assisting companies by preparing transfer pricing studies in the tax department at KPMG and then as an expert witness testifying on financial damages in litigation, first at Deloitte and then at progressively smaller firms. Throughout his career, Steve has always enjoyed fostering strong relationships with his clients by providing outstanding service.
