About Steve Bateman

I serve as the Chief Adviser to the Harrisburg CEO and Next Level Groups. I\'m a Harrisburg native who worked diligently to build a successful 25-year career in manufacturing leadership before exiting that career in response to God\'s call toward vocational ministry. From 2007 through 2017, I led in the deployment of corporate chaplaincy at over 100 company locations, while serving as a trusted adviser to hundreds of top executives and their employees. My experience in the best practices in business and workplace ministry has provided many company owners and executives an invaluable resource for experiencing growth in themselves and their companies in God-honoring ways. Professional Background: My career began in manufacturing at the entry-level. Upon completion of my engineering degree, my experience progressed into operations and engineering leadership roles, ultimately managing a plant with more than 200 employees before transitioning into design and manufacturing engineering management as an Executive Director. In that role, I also served as the product manager for $13MM in annual sales to the telecom industry while leading my engineering team in bringing to market new products totaling $32MM in annual sales. In 2007, I graduated from seminary and accepted a leadership role with the largest provider of workplace chaplaincy services, later serving bi-vocationally as a pastor. ​In 2017, I dedicated myself to serving Christian business owners and executives through peer advisory groups and EOS implementation services, supporting Christian business leaders who want to grow themselves and their companies. Personal Background: I\'ve been richly blessed in my marriage to Kim for over 35 years. We make our home in Harrisburg, PA. We have two children and four grandchildren. I\'m an ordained minister, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies.
