Consequently, in 2008, the family moved their operations to the northwest side of the city. Under the guidance of company president Diane Bardach-Orr, Bardach Awards, Inc. is a Women’s Business Enterprise. Playing a crucial role in the business is her brother, Steve Bardach, along with a team of associates boasting an average of 12 years of experience.
