I am a commercially strong Senior Technical Manager with proven experience in Clean Aviation, Aerospace Fuel Systems and Aircraft Interiors. I strive to enable creativity and deliver results by bringing structure. I bring tools typically associated with Lean Manufacturing; regular visible accountability, visual management, standard work and structured problem solving (8D) to functional areas where they are less commonly deployed. I believe this fosters a culture of continuous improvement bringing increased employee engagement driving ever better results. I believe that well-rounded Engineers are better Engineers so I reach over departmental boundaries to take a business view rather than one dominated by my function.
