As the founder and President, I am tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with our strategic partners and employees to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies. I am responsible for presiding over the entire workforce, managing budgets and ensuring resources are allocated properly. I am responsible for each line of business meeting their individual goals and responsible for overall accountability to shareholders and the general public. I also act as the community ambassador encouraging interaction from the community and identifying means for continued growth.
