ABOUT STEVE ALLEN
Over the last 20 plus years I have focussed on Underwriting within the Specialisms of Power, Renewable Energy & Construction in London Market. I am currently Head of Underwriting, managing Enstar (EU) & Starstone International run off strategy across all lines of business, whilst concurrently performing my Construction underwriting role. I led a highly successful Underwriting team for 12 years during my time at RSA, encompassing all aspects of P&L and Underwriting responsibilities. During this time I achieved strong growth, consistent levels of Underwriting profit building a team in the process and enjoying very high levels of staff satisfaction and retention. I have also acquired detailed knowledge of Renewable Energy on a Global scale including within an MGA environment with particular insight of US business.
