As a seasoned global labor and employment attorney with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in all facets of employment law, including traditional labor law, litigation, employee benefits, and compliance. From the traditional labor perspective, I negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements for all of SPX’s unionized operations. I routinely act as lead spokesperson and at-table legal counsel during negotiations with the Teamsters, IBEW, IAM, GMP, CWA, USW, and UAW among others. I have devised and implemented cohesive, integrated industrial relations strategies that align company business goals with negotiation results at the bargaining table.
