As a UXO/EOD Operations and HSEQ Manager I have over 40 years demonstratable experience in the defence and commercial maritime sectors, delivering EOD/UXO resolution services for a diverse range of clients and environments. I am a Chartered Member of IOSH and a Member of the Institute of Explosives Engineers, with advanced qualifications and skills in occupational health and safety, environmental management, quality assurance, and EOD/UXO operation risk mitigation.Management experience of complex projects involving unexploded ordnance investigation, and disposal clearance, ensuring compliance with QSHE standards, regulations, and best practices. I engage and partner with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organisation. I am passionate about protecting people, property, and the environment from the hazards of UXO, and contributing to the global efforts of reduction and clearance.
