ABOUT STEVAN LUTZ
Stevan is a seasoned leader in hyper-growth e-commerce companies and the German \"Mittelstand\" with 15+ years of experience across all business functions. He started his first company while studying and bootstrapped it to €5m in revenues. He then joined Home24 and held P&L responsibility for €25m in revenues. In 2014, he became one of HomeToGo\'s first employees, which he helped scale from zero to 350 employees and to €1.3bn Gross Booking Volume as their CFO (IPO in September 2021). In 2023, Stevan joined Private Equity-backed business software provider CSS as their Board Member and CFO, amongst others being responsible for their Professional Services division. Stevan is also the Co-founder of the Finance Leaders League, a European network for Finance professionals (CFOs and VPs), with 500+ hand-picked members, and a Board Member of Finance Collective DACH.
