Stevan has worked as a Construction and Design Engineer for Federal, State, and Local agency projects in the public and private sectors since 2019. He provides extensive experience managing large, complex, construction projects for ODOT and Local Public Agency\'s. As a previous ODOT District 12 Intern, he is very familiar with the Districts procedures, specifications, and standard drawings. He knows how to integrate consultant construction and design staff within ODOT\'s Inspection, Engineering, and Management Staff. Responsibilities include developing construction plans and specifications, performing roadway, survey, utility infrastructure and bridge design, leading construction inspection for roadway, culvert, bridge, utility infrastructure and soil projects. Coordinating utility infrastructure for both design and construction projects. Maintaining client relationships and business ventures as well as training new staff. Experience includes projects ranging throughout the State Of Ohio in all 12 Districts which include Infrastructure Design & Construction Inspection/Construction Administration:(Roadway, Survey, Utility Infrastructure and Bridge Design), Culvert systems, Stormwater systems, Wastewater systems, Bridge Inspection, Business Development and Construction Value Engineering. Stevan has been a dedicated entrepreneur since 2018, growing a family Lawncare, Landscape, and Snow Plowing Business venture within Northeast Ohio.
