Sterling is the former Head of Wealth Management of Union Bank, a division of MUFG Union Bank, N.A. within the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (NYSE: MUFG). Highly accomplished financial services executive with over 35 years of experience in wealth management, commercial banking, high impact facilitation for public presentations, sales management, leadership development, executive coaching, and successfully leading organizations through significant change. Prior to his role at Union Bank, and before taking this purposeful pause in his professional career, he was Executive Vice President and senior Managing Director for The Private Bank at Wells Fargo.
