Responsible for all administrative and financial functions of the Kinder Morgan Houston Refining Terminal & Sweeny Terminal. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, accounts payable, inventory control, labor, purchasing and month end close. Establishes administrative controls required to deliver timely and accurate information and financial results in compliance with regulatory, company guidelines, processes and procedures.• Track expenditures against approved budgets, develop forecasts, and prepare monthly reporting packages.• Budget and forecast for terminal revenue, operating expenses and capital expenditures.• Prepare monthly forecast to report terminal revenue, labor, operating, utilities and maintenance expenses.• Process invoices, resolve billing discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships.• Prepare and submit month end close for accruals, tonnage, fuel and overtime.• Provide purchasing and change order management to complete purchase request for services/materials, purchase requisitions, procurement request projects submittals and change orders.• Assist in capital budget & forecasting process incorporating project justifications and authorization for expenditures.• Process p-card transactions, allocate coding, and upload all backup documentation.• Monitor terminal inventory to comply with inventory management policy including Lawson/Maximo inventory balance alignment, Smart Office material movement submittals and Maximo inventory adjustments.• Manage Maximo program to track all terminal asset preventative maintenance schedules, corrective maintenance and work order entry/completion.
