1. Vice President Talent Acquisition

   Lead all Talent Acquisition functions for Bright Horizons. Set strategy for home office and field TA that align to the overall organizational strategy. Key member of the HR Leadership team. Lead a team of 8 direct reports. In year one the team delivered an incredible amount of work while at the same time rebuilding the Talent Acquisition function for high-volume Field, Call Center, and Home Office COEs: • Collaborated with cross-functional team to define, design and implement a new Employee Value Proposition. • Implement standard staffing practices, and a metrics driven management approach, launching a recruiter and sourcer scorecard. • Overhauled the TA leadership organization aligned to the business and built a TA operations and compliance team and a Recruitment Marketing and Candidate3 Engagement Team. • Modified Workday internal workflow for recruiters and hiring managers, eliminating non-value added work, implemented a new Careers Site and CRM and launched a video recording tool for capturing user generated content. • Built out diversity recruitment strategy and partnered with multiple organizations to enhance and deliver diversity recruiting commitments.
