The TMA Group, Transportation Management Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation established in 1988 as a public-private partnership of business, government, and community leaders. The TMA Group is a leader in customizing environmentally friendly, multimodal transportation solutions for employers and communities in Middle Tennessee. We are proud to operate VanStar, Franklin Transit and CMUTER employer solutions—as well as managing projects that promote air quality, minimize traffic congestion, and provide technology solutions for transit.As the Director of Business Development for TMA Group, Stephanie is responsible for the expansion of TMA’s Transportation Demand Management programs and manages CMUTER, the Commuter Benefit programs. Stephanie serves as Board Chair of the Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee. A member of the Transit Citizen Leadership Academy in Davidson County and Recipient of the 2025 Organization Member of the Year Award by ACT (Association for Commuter Transportation). TMA supports regional transportation systems that provide a variety of accessible, affordable, reliable, and interconnected transportation choices that are both healthy for the environment and for the public. TMA’s goal is for everyone in every community and in every stage of life to have affordable and convenient travel options available to them. TMA manages a variety of transportation demand management (TDM) solutions within the Middle Tennessee region.
