   solidcore] is a a high-intensity, low-impact fitness studio, where the focus is on building strength through controlled movements on a reformer machine. Our method is designed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels, helping them build strength, improve endurance, and achieve lasting results. Responsible for and leads transformative classes, strategically plans and executes effective/efficient sequences through knowledge of the human anatomy, and fosters a safe/motivating community where clients push their limits together. As a Pro Coach, acts as a leader and mentor for other coaches and supports in and out of studio activities.
