About Stephanie Saldana
Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I am a DS II at Cox Communications. I lead large‑scale LLM based AI/NLP analyses and build automated data and visualization pipelines that highlight trends in customer support calls and improve agent performance.In 2022, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Civil Engineering and made the transition into Data Science. In 2023, I joined fellow anteater alumni, graduating from the Master of Data Science program at The University of California, Irvine.I am someone who loves taking on new opportunities to strengthen me as a leader, a student, or an individual. I am passionate about diversifying tech and amplifying the voices of underrepresented minorities such as myself in this industry. My goal is to be a shining voice for my community as a first-generation, Mexican-American and inspire the younger generation to find their place in STEM.
