In my current role, I support the Director and parent company executives in managing governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across social housing, private housing, and commercial property portfolios. My work focuses on aligning operations with regulatory standards, strategic objectives, and positive culture development, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery at leadership level.Key Responsibilities & Achievements• Executive Support & Reporting: Partner with senior leaders to produce strategic reports, board packs, and visual presentations that translate complex compliance data into actionable insights. Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making and improvement.• Compliance Management (Asbestos & Construction): Lead technical compliance for asbestos and construction works, ensuring alignment with HSE, HSWA, MHSWR, COSHH, and FSA frameworks. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, fostering a positive safety culture and proactive risk management.• ISO & Accreditation: Manage the implementation, auditing, and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14005, ISO 45001, and work towards ISO 27001 certification. Designed and monitor PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance for housing retrofit and sustainability projects.• Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Conduct audits, inspections, and system tests to maintain NEBOSH and IOSH-aligned HSE standards, including hazard identification and environmental reporting.• Continuous Improvement & Communication: Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and strengthen quality assurance. Promote a “safety-first, quality-always” culture through open communication and engaging data visualisation.
