Interprets, coordinates, and implements college enrollment policies in accordance with institution, Alabama Community College System, accrediting agencies, state and federal policies and procedures, and best practices. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Services and the coordination of the college-wide Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.Identify and recommend instructional programs to support enrollment and work closely with instructional faculty and administration. Coordinate enrollment and retention efforts with academic support coaches, instruction, and all areas of the college and is highly engaged in identifying and implementing student support services. Evaluates the enrollment management processes and strategic plans on an annual basis. Develops a strategic academic enrollment management plan for the college, which includes specific strategies, goals, and projected outcomes to recruit, enroll, retain, and graduate both traditional and non-traditional students.
