Bullying is a subject hard to discuss yet is a real issue in the world. The effects of bullying can leave lasting, traumatic scars unless addressed and dealt with properly. We provide tools to help you feel comfortable enough to discuss and to report the issue of bullying with others. We teach you how to navigate through those experiences. We also help you understand the value of loving yourself and of loving others, in spite of their ill-treatment towards you.
