OK Positive is a health and wellbeing SAAS startup. Our app helps employees track their mental health and build resilience skills. Anonymised data is reported back to employers, giving them a real-time health check on the wellbeing of their staff.I\'m a board member and advisor to the team on customer experience strategy, on a part-time basis. Example projects- Content strategy - analysing metrics for existing content and ensuring we provide more of the content that meets out users\' needs and drives ongoing engagement- Redesigned the app UI and company web page post-launch, enhancing the brand image and driving customer acquisition through increased self-service features- Managed the redesign of the mood check-in feature, following the move to a new platform provider.

ABOUT STEPH MURPHY
I’m an experienced Product leader with a portfolio of skills in product design, product management, business analysis and change management. My t-shaped skill set ensures I understand and can effectively meet the needs of both users and business stakeholders, and add value at every step in the product value chain. I have strong experience in Fintech, having worked in large financial services organisations in retail banking, funds management and financial markets, as well as SAAS startups and scaleups in Proptech, Health & Wellbeing, Climate tech and AI. I specialise in designing and delivering intuitive solutions that drive engagement, for both B2B & B2C customers, I’m motivated by using tech for good and my recent experience at Mindset AI and OK Positive has seen me lead the design and delivery of new tools for measuring Social Value, Carbon emissions, Mental health resilience and other projects with social and environmental impact. I have high attention to detail and a track record of delivering successful features that customers love. I enjoy using my experience to build high performing teams, mentoring others and advocating for a user-centred approach across the business.Outside of work I love to combine my passion for travel and volunteering; I’ve built houses in Sri Lanka & Borneo with Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village, with plans for another in Nepal in 2024.I\'m passionate about sustainability & reducing the impacts of climate change and I volunteered with Ozharvest, Australia\'s leading food rescue organisation in Sydney from 2014 until my return to the UK in 2020. Ozharvest\'s mission is to halve food waste by 2030, inspiring others to do the same, and transforming lives through education.
