As the Grants & Foundations Manager at Save The Bay, I oversee and manage grants—federal, private, and corporate. Provide technical assistance to community partners on grant and budget development/reporting for state and federal grants. •Oversee grant activities, spending, and budgets with finance and program staff.•Maintain meticulous digital records to support annual organizational audits, federal funding inquiries, funder requests, and regular reporting to the organization’s Board of Directors and Leadership Team.•Develop and manage annual grant strategies, calendar, and projected grant and federal contract budget in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, funder priorities, and national giving trends.•Secured over $5M in grants/donor contributions for the organization’s 2020 Capacity Campaign and 2022 Aquarium Capital Campaign. Secured over $4M in new federal grants and contracts from US Fish & Wildlife, NOAA, IMLS, USDA, AmeriCorps, and EPA between 2016 and 2024. Expanded financial contributions through grants and federal contracts by more than 60% from 20••••24.
