I’m a Talent and Executive Development leader who believes people do their best work when they feel valued, seen, and heard.At Nordstrom, I lead enterprise-wide talent management, performance management, and executive development strategy, designing systems that support leaders at every stage of their growth. My work focuses on building clear, human-centered performance practices, developing internal talent, and creating development experiences that drive both business outcomes and meaningful leadership behavior change.My background spans across every level of leadership from evolving enterprise talent programs to building executive development offerings, allowing me to bridge strategy with lived leadership experience. Earlier in my career, I led and developed large, complex teams in retail environments at lululemon, which shaped my belief that strong performance and strong culture are not separate, they rise together.I’ve co-founded and partnered in leadership and coaching organizations, building training content, delivering executive coaching, group coaching, and facilitation.What fuels my work is creating people-first experiences, where talent systems feel supportive rather than transactional, performance conversations feel developmental rather than evaluative, and leaders are equipped to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
