After nearly a decade of building and scaling in the healthcare SaaS space, I\'m embarking on a new, deeply personal entrepreneurial journey. My career as an operator has been defined by leading high-performing teams and driving growth. Over the past nine years, I had the privilege of growing a healthcare SaaS company, where I started as the Director of Sales and ultimately became the Chief Customer Officer. In that role, I led and managed a team of over 80 people across Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Enablement, and Implementation & Training. My experience in developing scalable, repeatable processes and fostering strong business relationships provided the foundation for a seamless transition into my new role as a founder.This new chapter is rooted in a vision born from my personal journey with cancer. The purpose of my work has shifted from a professional mission to a personal one.I am proud to announce the launch of sixdoves, a company dedicated to providing curated care packages for those facing cancer. My goal is to transform the experience of receiving support by offering practical, comforting items that are genuinely helpful for daily life during treatment.
