   Leads full-cycle volunteer and intern management, overseeing recruitment strategy, screening, interviews, onboarding, and supervision of 60+ active individuals at any given time; has managed 200+ participants across 3 teams and 9 programs in alignment with IRC-LA\'s mission- Improves volunteer retention through engagement strategies and accurate service-hour tracking using Salesforce CRM and Golden Volunteer Software, resulting in 600+ logged hours in the past 10 months- Manages social media strategy for IRC-LA across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating 3-5 posts weekly and growing following by 500+ in 9 months- Plans internal and client-facing events as part of the Community Relations team, coordinating logistics and operations, and providing on-site support and real-time problem-solving to ensure seamless execution- Represents IRC–LA through public-facing outreach, including bi-monthly virtual info sessions, guest speaking, and tabling at local high schools and colleges; collaborates cross-functionally to strengthen partnerships, communications, and program efficiency.
