We partner with clients to turn strategy into action and goals into reality.Accountable and responsible for all aspects of Expressworks International’s worldwide business • Provide strategic direction and assume accountability for Expressworks International; including, company operations, consulting practices and client outcomes. • Apply scientifically sound and proven change practices in the context of new technologies and trends (neuroscience, data visualization, Agile, etc.) to meet customer needs.• Provide thought leadership to customers in the areas of change management, strategy execution, behavioral change, and project execution.• Work with customers to solve and implement solutions to business problems using a multi-disciplinary approach (e.g. combining management consulting, change management, project management, strategic planning and execution, etc, to provide holistic approaches to problem solving)• Provide support, and oversight to consultants and change projects to ensure creative, effective, and sustainable solutions are provided to our customers.
