As a freelance Associate, I am passionate about supporting and developing others. I design and deliver a range of learning interventions (both virtually and in-person). This includes coaching, training and facilitating often with health and wellbeing in mind across all sectors across Ireland, and presenting to conferences and groups across all sectors I continue to deliver on behalf of Lena to a range of public, private and voluntary sector organisations, including NICS, NI Assembly, Education Authority NI, Health Trusts, Tusla, An Garda Siochana, PSNI, Irish Prison Service, staff at nurseries, primary and post-primary schools, FE Colleges, construction companies, manufacturing companies, insurance, IFA, GAA and Trade Union orgs.I have designed and delivered several customised programmes (long and short). These include \'How to de-stress and achieve work-life balance\',\'Looking after yourself\',\'Living with Worry and Anxiety\',\'Taking Charge of your life\',\'Sustaining Techniques for Effective Personal Success\'(STEPS),\'Living with Trauma\',\'Managing Stress\',\'Supporting Individuals\',\'Supporting Managers\',\'Team Development\',\'Introduction to Resilience\',\'Building Personal Resilience\',\'Mental Health Awareness\',\'Men\'s Health\', ‘Conflict Resolution\',\'Personal Effectiveness\',\'Effective Wellbeing\', ‘ Effective Communcation’, ‘Financial Wellbeing’, Preparing for Change\',\'Preparing for Exams\'. Also sessions for the Change Your Mind campaign, speaking at business conferences, facilitating small and large groups, training delivery, one-to-one coaching, undertaking stress audits, wellbeing audits, climate surveys, risk assessments and supporting in-house HR staff in policy development, workplace investigations and other consultancy exercises. My work had involved one-to-one coaching, supporting School Principals on behalf of the EA, FE and University students (and staff).
