WHAT I DO AND WHAT I MEAN BY CHANGE MANAGEMENT I see change management as a combination of insights, understandings, tools and processes that I bring to organizational leaders and senior managers.I do this to help them achieve their strategic objectives and realize the personal and organizational benefits of these objectives. I do this in the context of major change.
