Advise partners on risk impacts and ensure prioritization of resources in an ever-changing environment.• Improved data quality in AML Data Repository 98%+ in three years (92% in 2020, 80% in 2021, 49% in 2022) by partnering and influencing various teams to research root causes, identify and implement solutions. • Established issue management process for AML team in which hundreds of issues have been opened, researched, and closed utilizing a special project management tracker created to meet the needs of audit. • Oversee execution effectiveness control testing team in that has received rave reviews for assisting teams ensure controls are set up and operating as designed and for turning the process into a service. • Partner with advisory, control testers, and governance teams to respond to audit and OCC requests, address high priority risk issues, and ensure controls are properly documented
