While I do have a passion for science, I love to understand how businesses operate, and work to help improve them.I have strong analytical skills, get excited over the minutia in data, and love to design experiments, but I\'m also a project manager, strategist, and technology aficionado, and have good business acumen.My background, while extensive, isn’t traditional. As a molecular and microbiologist, I am enamored with the small biological processes in living organisms. This love of science has resulted in patents and authored scientific journal articles, but has also led me to analyze what makes technology and products successful.After multiple years successfully commercializing products as a project manager, I dove further into the commercial side of the business to better understand customer needs and what drives value. Currently, I drive strategy while bringing a relentless focus on customer needs and I look for ways both internally and externally to execute that strategy. My passion is to align teams to transform and grow businesses.
