   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Managing an annual Churn budget of USD -8.4M. • Designated Renewal/Churn POC for 120+ quota bearing headcounts and their leadership team (20+ individuals). • Facilitate vibrant small and large group Funnel/Forecast discussions with the Sales team, including E-Suite. • Negotiate contractual agreements with Customers, Sales, Legal, and CS to reach amicable terms and conditions quickly. • Familiarization and utilization of A.I. outputs to drive team, department, and company-wide KPI’s. • Prepare and send MTM (month-to-month) Rate Increase letters for contractually appropriate Accounts/Services. • Collaborate with Accounts Receivables to assist with Customer remittance of delinquent payment. • Identify and exploit system/process constraints to improve NPS (Net Promoter Scores) and overall Customer Health Scores. • Established Konecta Columbia as an internationally preferred vendor through a weeklong in-person training in Bogota. • Chair of the Pride ERG: Company-wide Bring Your Pronouns to Work training held in partnership with Out Boulder County and USD +3K raised for The Center on Colfax through participation in the 2022 Denver Pride 5k.
