I have helped design, develop, and launch several websites and website redesigns. I have implemented SEO on various websites to help increase web traffic and reduce churn. At WestHost I have learned Linux and server management skills, as well as troubleshooting skills for Linux servers set up for the purpose of web hosting. I have managed a team of 12 technicians for some time now, and have gained better management and leadership skills. My teams productivity has increased through technical training and increased accountability. I am also currently implementing a new training program for new hires to go through in order to help speed up the learning process for new employees. I helped develop an online system that tracks employee performance based on key performance indicators outlined by the company.
